Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the live online chess classes offered by chesswitheswar and taught by Buvaneswarar S (Eswar). By enrolling or paying, you agree to them.

Classes and fees

The weekday batch is ₹2,500 per month and the weekend batch is ₹1,500 per month. Each student chooses one fixed time slot. A private class is ₹500 for one hour, by appointment. Payments are one-time payments and do not renew automatically. Confirm the start date and any private session time with Eswar.

Enrolment and payment

Submit the enrolment form, then pay online through Razorpay. A registration is confirmed only after the payment is verified. Each month of a batch is paid separately, from My classes or a new enrolment; nothing is charged automatically. The price shown at checkout applies to that payment, and fees for future months may change.

Cancellations and refunds

All payments are final. See the Cancellation and refund policy.

Referral programme

Refer a new student using your personal link and earn 25% of the first class they pay for: ₹625 for a weekday batch, ₹375 for a weekend batch or ₹125 for a one-to-one session. One reward per new student; renewals, later sessions, self-referrals, duplicate registrations, failed payments and test payments do not qualify. Family members can qualify as separate students. Rewards are recorded after real payment is verified; Eswar checks eligibility and arranges payouts directly. No automatic bank transfer occurs.

Learning outcomes

Coaching is meant to help students improve, but no particular rating, result or tournament performance is guaranteed.

Students under 18

A parent or guardian must enrol a student under 18 and accepts these terms on the student’s behalf.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated from time to time; the version published when you pay applies to that payment. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Privacy policy

Your registration details

The enrolment form collects the student’s name, age, experience, contact details, preferred teaching language, class selection, and any notes you choose to provide. These details are stored to handle your registration, payment records, and class arrangements. Please avoid sharing sensitive information in the notes.

For a student under 18, a parent or guardian should submit the form and provide their own contact details. Contact Eswar to request a correction or deletion of your registration details. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting and applicable requirements.

Payments

Razorpay processes online payments. Card numbers and UPI PINs are not collected or stored by this website. A registration or a closed checkout window is not proof of payment; confirmation appears only after server verification.

Referral programme

We store referrer contact details, attribution and reward/payout records to run the programme. The latest valid link opened within 30 days applies when the enrolment form is submitted. An essential cookie keeps referral attribution; a separate private cookie protects the referrer’s earnings view. The public share link does not grant access to contact details or earnings.

Cookies and external services

This site remembers your language on your device and uses a secure registration-access cookie so you can return to your payment page without an account. Razorpay and WhatsApp have their own privacy policies. Clicking a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp; a message is sent only when you choose to send it there.

Cancellation and refund policy

All payments are final. Cancellations and refunds are not offered. Please confirm your class, fixed time slot, and start date with Eswar before paying. For a private class, agree on the appointment time first. If a payment fails but money is deducted, do not immediately pay again; contact Eswar with your registration reference and payment details.

Payments never renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. If you do not want to continue, simply do not pay for the next month.

Shipping and delivery policy

chesswitheswar provides online coaching services only. No physical goods are shipped.

Classes are delivered live over the internet. After your payment is verified, Eswar confirms your start date and shares the class link and joining instructions directly by WhatsApp, phone or email. A monthly batch payment covers one month of classes in your chosen time slot; a one-to-one session takes place at the time agreed with Eswar.

If you have paid and have not received joining details, contact Eswar with your registration reference.
